Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have access to the course?
Course access is for 3 months, unless the 6 month private coaching session is selected. Contniuing access to the course can be purchased on a monthly membership if desired.
Why don't you offer a single session option?
Our eating habits are complex. Add CKD and they become even more complex. We won’t be able to talk through everything in one session, nor would we be able to set goals and follow-up on them.
Is there more than one course? I don't have diabetes
There are actually 2 course options:
- CKD + Diabetes: designed for those that are not receiving dialysis, but have CKD (with or without diabetes)
- Dialysis Course: designed for those on dialysis or preparing to start dialysis.
Either can be paired with private coaching to best fit your needs. Schedule a call and we can talk about your needs.
Do you bill insurance?
No. But a superbill (medical receipt) can be provided upon request. This would be submitted to insurance as an out of network claim for potential reimbursement.
Only face to face services can receive a superbill. The courses are not eligible for superbills.
FSA/HSA are also accepted.
