Clients she work with report increased energy, improved labs and feeling more confident in their food choices. Feel free to explore how we can work together to reach your health goals and help you make empowered food choices.
Outside of helping clients reach their nutrition goals, Amanda enjoys hiking, reading and trying new foods. She grew up in the Midwest and loves how food is a common thread that brings us all together.
