She is double board certified in diabetes care and education and renal nutrition. Amanda has a passion for working to help individuals understand the role of nutrition in chronic disease, specifically diabetes and chronic kidneys disease (CKD). There is so much confusing information out here it can be hard.

She strives to provide accurate and evidence based nutrition information and empower her clients to make empowered food choices based on disease state. She doesn’t believe in long lists of foods that are off limits and loves helping clients work their favorite foods into their eating pattern.  Clients she work with report increased energy, improved labs and feeling more confident in their food choices. Feel free to explore how we can work together to reach your health goals and help you make empowered food choices.

Outside of helping clients reach their nutrition goals, Amanda enjoys hiking, reading and trying new foods. She grew up in the Midwest and loves how food is a common thread that brings us all together.
